Do I need an account to place an order? 

No, you don't need to create an account to make a purchase.

Is there a quick way to find a design I liked but can't remember where it is?

Yes, you can use the search icon at the top right on the home page.  Type in the name of the design/the words on the design and it will be displayed.

Can you tell me about your hoodie?

Our hoodie is a good quality and made well. It is light to medium weight, not too heavy, suitable for cool nights in summer or layering in the colder months.

The inside material was extremely soft, warm, and comfortable; it has a nice through pocket in the front and a double-lined hood with matching drawstring. It is a true to size fit, in US sizing . It looks good relaxing at home and going out, and very nice and stylish hoodie. The hoodie is made to fit both women and men.

Our hoodie is made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester.

The designs are created to be inspiring, expanding, uplifting, and to encourage a good day, they are unique and are a reflection of our life journey.  Many of our designs will not be found anywhere but at Rozlar.  We aim to be original and putting new and fresh ideas into the mainstream world. 

There are also a nice range of colors of the hoodie and in addition to our design hoodies, we offer them design free, for those days you don't want a message on your hoodie.


It can be machine washed and it retained its shape and fit. We recommend never to put it in the dryer, instead line dry.


People are very satisfied with this hoodie.

 

What payment types do you offer?

We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions.

We also offer ApplePay and PayPal express checkout.

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use SSL certificate and 3rd layer firewalls which are an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been places?

Orders cannot be altered once placed. The only change that can be made is to the delivery address. Please contact our Customer Service before taking any actions. 

Can I exchange my order for a different product?

Please select your favorite products carefully as we are unable to exchange or refund products because you have changed your mind.

Can I get a refund on a product?

Our products are non-refundable unless they are damaged and defective. No refunds will be made after 30 days from the purchase.

We are unable to process refunds for the following reasons:

  • You no longer like the purchased product
  • You found another product you like better, or you've changed your mind
  • You don't select a suitable size. Please check the size chart before making your purchase
  • You didn't choose the correct size or color
  • You bought the item by accident
  • The purchase was over 30 days ago
  • Any refunds are at the sole discretion of Rozlar management.  

Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchasing any damaged or defective products.  

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rozlar.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping instructions to explain what you need to do. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned product and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will refund you on your original payment method.

How long do I have to return my order?

If you have a defective or damaged product to return; you need to contact us at support@rozlar.com within 30 days of your purchase and explain your issue, please includes photos.

Do I have to pay for the returns shipping?

All returns for refunds will be covered with a free return shipping, that we will organize for you. Just contact our support team at support@rozlar.com  

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

We are working hard behind the scenes to get the product in and out of our fulfilment center's. We strongly recommend that you share a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof of your return has been lodged. As soon as we have received your item and have assessed it's condition and deem it appropriate for a refund, we can action a refund. 

From there, it will take 10 business days to Deposit the amount into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (eg. ApplePay) directly.

How much do I pay for the shipping?

Shipping is free for standard delivery, which is usually between 3 to 6 business days. 

How does shipping and delivery works?

After the checkout has been completed, our team will begin to put together your order, which will take about 48 hours.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with the delivery details, including your tracking number.

How do I track my order?

We will email you the tracking number for your delivery.  On our website, click on 'Track Your Order' at the top of the home page and follow the instructions.

What if my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?

We usually use DHL as our courier provider. They will deliver your order within a given timeframe, sometimes they are not able to deliver the order within the suggested timeframe. In this case, your tracking information will be updated with the new details.

If your item hasn’t been delivered within 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us and we will work with the courier company to have your order delivered.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change the address provided for your order before it has not shipped. Please send us the new details and we can change this for you.

If your order has been shipped, don’t be panic! You can still redirect it via the courier partner tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it, so please check your details carefully.

Is there any custom/Import fee?

There are no customs fees on our products, as they are shipped from within the United States.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware during the process.

Only one discount code can be used per order.
