COVID-19

In light of the current COVID pandemic, our couriers maybe affected, this includes our courier partners, if there are some delay occurs due to the present circumstances.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and are working hard to deliver your order, as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during these situations.

The Process after your order is placed

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with the delivery information and tracking number.

We provide free shipping for all purchases within the US. 

The Process

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

Stage one is the order verification and Fulfilment process, which usually occurs within 24 hours After checkout.   

Shipping/Delivery

Stage two is the shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment warehouse to your doorsteps. Once the order has been verified, the standard shipping time is within 3-6 business days, which is generally with DHL.

Tracking Your Order

Once you have been given a tracking number via email, you can track your order on our website by clicking on Track Your Order.

The total preparation and shipping from Rolzar are approximately 3-6 business days after the order verification, based on items fulfillment and shipping Zones.

Didn't receive an email

If you didn't receive an email confirmation from us, and the receipt of an order that you have placed, please email us at support@rozlar.com before you attempt to resubmit the same order. 

If we reject your order due to an error in pricing and/or other information, then we will notify you through the email address that you have provided. Once the error has been solved, we will ask whether you would like to resubmit the order or not. 

Delivery of your Order:

At Rozlar, we carry out the delivery of your order/s placed on our website while taking into consideration the following clauses: 

  • To ensure that you receive the order packages without any damage, we may ship a single/multiple order's in separate packages. 
  • If we are unable to verify or authenticate your provided information, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
